A Second Chance to Explore Regenerative Leadership
An Invitation INSIDE for female founders & change-makers
Hello my fabulous founders, change makers, visionaries, and purpose-led leaders!
We are officially in April. Spring has sprung in most parts of the world, and I am coming out of a period of deep reflection - refining my Root to Rise™ pilot and integrating what unfolded in the Regenerative Leadership workshop I hosted on March 14th.
First, thank you for your patience… and for receiving my repeated invitations. I shared them many times because I truly believe this is a conversation that needs to be had - with all women.
And I believe you’re here because you care.
Since the workshop, I’ve been sitting with what unfolded.
160 women registered.
Around 60 showed up live.
And many of you wrote back saying things like:
“I didn’t realize how much I’ve been holding.”
“This gave me language for something I’ve been feeling for years.”
At the same time, many questions emerged—from founders, creators, and business builders like you.
That workshop opened an important door. But it only scratched the surface.
Because the real question is:
How do you actually bring this wisdom into your life and leadership?
🌿 The Liminal Space
What I have seen, through conversations after the workshop, is that many of you are not just “working hard.”
You are:
carrying vision within systems that resist change
over-functioning in roles that were never designed to hold you
staying committed to impact… even when it costs you more than it should
And over time, you have learned to normalize it.
You call it responsibility. Leadership, even.
Many of you have accepted that this is “just how it is.”
🌱 What if there is another way?
I don’t believe we need to keep leading like this.
In March, we explored the idea that leadership is not just constant output. Like a garden, it moves through seasons - planting, growing, pruning, and resting.
That resonated deeply.
But here’s what we didn’t go deep enough into:
👉 What does this actually look like in your life?
👉 How do you lead differently.. without stepping away from your ambition or impact?
👉 What needs to change - not just conceptually, but practically?
🌸 What Regenerative Leadership Could Look Like
Just take a moment and imagine this…
You are still leading meaningful, impactful work.
But you are no longer carrying it alone.
Decisions feel clearer.. not because you’re thinking harder, but because you trust yourself more.
You know what is yours to hold… and what is not.
And you act accordingly, without guilt.
Your calendar has space in it. Not as a luxury, but as a necessity for clear thinking and long-term vision.
You are supported - by people, by systems, by structures you’ve intentionally put in place.
You communicate boundaries without over-explaining.
You lead without overextending.
And your work?
It actually becomes stronger.. because it’s no longer built on your depletion.
This is not about doing less for the sake of it.
It’s about leading in a way that is sustainable, grounded, and deeply aligned with the kind of world you are trying to build.
🌿 This is why I am hosting a second, immersive workshop
This is not a repeat.
It’s a deeper, more focused experience, designed for female founders and senior leaders in purpose-driven work who are ready to explore this more honestly… and more personally.
🌿 From Depletion to Regenerative Leadership
A 2-Day Immersion for Women Leading Change
📅 16th & 17th April
🕕 18:00 – 19:30 (UTC+2)
📍 Zoom
This is what you can expect:
🌑 Day 1 — The Cost of Leading from Depletion
On Day 1, we’ll look closely at:
where you are overextending (and why)
where you are holding more than is yours
where your voice is either held back or overcompensating
Not just intellectually.
But in a way where you can actually feel what’s been unsustainable - so change becomes possible.
🌸 Day 2 — Reclaiming Your Leadership
Day 2 is where we begin the shift.
You’ll start to see:
what regenerative leadership looks like for you
what support, structure, and boundaries are needed
who you become when you stop abandoning yourself
And you’ll leave with:
a clear personal blueprint
a grounded sense of your next step
🌿 A more transparent look at Root to Rise
In this immersion, I’ll also share more openly about the Root to Rise™ program.
Not just the overview, but:
how the 12 weeks are structured
what we actually work through, week by week
the shifts women experience inside it
So you can decide, clearly and without pressure, if it’s right time for you to join this movement.
🌱 This is not for everyone
This space is for you if:
you are leading meaningful work, but it’s costing you more than it should
you’re ready to look at your patterns honestly
you want support—not just more strategies
It’s not for you if:
you’re looking for quick fixes
you’re not willing to change how you’re currently operating
🌿 If you feel the pull, trust it
If something in this resonated, you recognized a pattern within you, I invite you to join.
You don’t have to overhaul everything overnight.
But you can begin by looking more honestly at how you are leading… and what might be possible instead.
If you joined me in March, this is your next step deeper.
If you didn’t, this is your entry point.
Either way, the invitation is the same:
To lead in a way that sustains you.. just as much as the work you care about.
With you in this,
Pukhraj 🌿
